Buenos Aires 12/MAR/2024:

During the first week of March, an Argentine delegation lead by the president of CONICET Dr. Daniel Salamone and Martin Bueno, founder of the CITEG.AE initiative , Emirates Tech and Invest and private sector companies from Argentina, held a set of official meetings in the United Arab Emirates; with the aim of exploring strategic opportunities and collaboration and investment projects in the Advanced Science and Technologies sector.

During the meetings held, the scientific and technical capabilities of CONICET were presented, as well as the citeg.ae initiative, which aims to concentrate the technological offers and demands of both countries, using and advance integrated platform, accessible to public and private sector. The delegation visit also the MOHAMMED BIN RASHID SPACE CENTER - https://www.mbrsc.ae, which hosts the UAE National Space Program and operates Earth observation satellites and offers data analysis services. and images to clients from all over the world. We complete a series of presentation related both side capabilities, touring the Labs, and defines next actional steps with the directors of Engineering and Group 42 Holding Ltd, which focuses on the development of artificial intelligence (AI) based in Abu Dhabi, founded in 2018. The organization focuses on the development of AI in various industries, including government, healthcare, finance, oil, gas and aviation.

Presentation at the Argentine Embassy in the United Arab Emirates:

The closing of the tour took place at the Argentine embassy in the United Arab Emirates, together with the Argentine Ambassador Jorge A. Molina Arambarri, the Deputy Head of Mission: Counselor Carlos S. Risso Domínguez, consul Matías Baeza and Carlos moreno, head of section commercial; where they made a summary of activities and next steps, together with the entire delegation.
